The registration does need to be in person and we can only offer 40 spots.
Most likely the registration will be opened two weeks in advance and be at our Tuesday events.
The dishes will include:
- Pan con torreja de espinaca
- Pan con chicharron
- Tamal criollo
- Salsa criolla
- Camotito
which you can accompany with a delicious drink such as
- Quinoa
- Mate de coca
- Café.
